Expectation maximization as described by Bishop (2006) is:
a general technique for finding maximum likelihood solutions for probabilistic models having latent variables
Weights and Biases (WandB) is an experiment tracking, model optimization and dataset versioning tool. The cool thing about it is that the runs are stored on their cloud automatically. So, if you are training on a remote server, you just setup a few lines of code in your experiment and then you don’t have to worry about getting back the results out of the instance before shutting it down.
This document contains information about what docker is and some basic commands. This contains information that I would liked to read when I was starting figuring out what this tool does. It is primarily targeted to a non-so-technical audience like me who doesn’t have a CS background.
